A PLACE FOR YOUR PEOPLE

$695 per night includes up to 20 guests. Each additional guest is $10 per night. Cleaning is $250 per stay, plus a $400 refundable damage deposit, returned after a satisfactory inspection.

Cancellation: lodging and extra-guest charges are fully refundable at least 14 days before arrival, 50% refundable 7–13 days before arrival, and nonrefundable less than 7 days before arrival. Cleaning and the damage deposit are always returned on cancellation. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
